There are two popular teeth whitening options available through Dr. Cozzi's office. The first, Zoom! Whitening, is an advanced in-office teeth whitening procedure. A safe and effective system, Zoom! Whitening is used in over 15,000 dental offices internationally. This painless process can remove the toughest stains and create a dazzlingly white, long-lasting smile in just 45 minutes to an hour. The procedure is done at the dentist's office by applying a high-concentration peroxide gel on the teeth after they are protected with a special shield.

Many patients report that Zoom! Whitening has made their teeth six to ten shades whiter. Some have even said that their smile became brighter days after their dental appointment. More importantly, the results lasted for years. If you notice any discoloration, the Zoom! Whitening System includes a take-home touch-up kit with comfortable custom-made trays. Regular brushing and flossing, plus an annual touch-up at home, and your teeth can remain dazzlingly white for years.

The second method involves the use of take-home whitening kits. These kits are purchased from Dr. Cozzi's office for at-home use. The strength of the bleach gel used in these kits is lower than that used for in-office whitening, and thus the gel can be applied for longer periods of time. Usually the trays are worn for a couple hours a day or overnight for a few days or weeks.
